The Norris Transformation

When I first toured the Norris home, it was clear that this Wheat Ridge Mid-Century Modern had incredible potential—its architecture and layout had so much character—but a long list of unfinished projects was holding it back. My clients were preparing to move out of state, so the goal was to complete all the improvements and bring the home to market by their move date.

We encountered our fair share of challenges finding contractors who could actually commit and deliver on time, but once the right team came together, we hit our stride. Every project was chosen with intention to enhance the home’s design integrity and overall market appeal.

We completely renovated a second bathroom, added a beautiful new kitchen backsplash, and finished a full bar in the rec room—which became a standout feature of the home. Outside, we refreshed the landscapingreplaced the front driveway, added a garage service door, and removed and seamlessly patched an old exterior door you’d never know was there. We followed with fresh paint inside and outprofessional window cleaning (inside and out)—a true game changer that made the entire home gleam—and a full post-construction clean to ensure every surface shined.

Because this was a true mid-century home, we were mindful of maintaining its architectural character in every choice—from tile and hardware selections to the staging vibe. The finished product was warm, timeless, and modern in all the right ways.

After professional staging, photography, and videography, the home hit the market and immediately drew strong attention—resulting in multiple offers and a sale significantly over asking.

What began as a list of unfinished projects became a polished, high-value mid-century gem that honored its original architecture and delivered an exceptional result for my clients.
