We thought this one was over before it even started. My buyers toured this beautiful home in The Canyon the day it hit the market. We were told another offer was already in hand and had just a couple of hours to submit our best. So we hustled. My buyers made quick, thoughtful decisions. Our lender dropped everything to finish the pre-approval that evening. We wrote a strong offer over asking with aggressive terms…and then waited. Nothing.
