Faith and Excellence is in everything I do. My primary focus is to help my buyers and sellers build a beautiful home, life and wealth through real estate.  With a combination of unique Broker experience, negotiation and marketing skills as well as my contract and market knowledge, I am my client’s greatest resource and advocate.

When working with each client, whether buyer or seller, I look into the future to what their ideal outcome would be and work every day to make it happen.  I’m known for my caring and enthusiastic approach which is rounded out by my straightforward honesty and grit. I work to understand fears and concerns and arm my clients with the details and solutions that will help them move forward to their end goal.  My communication is key, positively sharing ideas and solutions is where my solution mindedness shines and transforms into trust.

It’s not just a process, it’s a promise.  I come alongside my clients to keep them informed and empower them with process and market knowledge so they can make confident and educated decisions. I am patient, tenacious and resourceful.  Through a combination of my incredible resources and mix of step by step strategies, my clients get to experience their home purchase and sale goals transform into a successful outcome of their primary goal!

At the close of a transaction is not the end but rather the beginning of a great relationship.  I continue to care for my clients and their investment.  I continue to be their resource and friend.

As the Founder of the Denver Suburban Living Team. My dream is to provide top notch service throughout the Denver Metro Area by curating a team of professional Agents who are Area Specialists. I recognized that every City, Suburb and Niche Community has many special attributes that MUST be communicated to Buyers purchasing in the community and as well as for Sellers that need to have the amenities and culture of their community intelligently communicated/promoted. The goal is to work together as a team to make sure our clients are taken care of and that no detail was missed.

We not only come together as a team with infinite area knowledge, we have incredible resources and complimentary services including design, handymen, staging, cleaning and professional photography.

I along with the Denver Suburban Living Team look forward to serving you!

I Am In Real Estate Because
I love making a positive difference in my clients’ lives. Finding the perfect house or selling their home and negotiating in their best interests, while managing all of the details so they have a great experience, is an exciting and fulfilling challenge. At the end of the transaction I’ve successfully gained a new relationship built on trust and positive results.

    Why I Am Different
I want to provide my clients the very best service and there is no other company that allows me to do what I do other than Compass. They’re not just about a sleek image, they back it up with professional staff, top-of-the-line technology, resources and support. This kind of support also allows me to have a more balanced life which in turn makes me a better agent to my clients.

    The Place I Call Home
West Arvada is where I call home, close to those beautiful foothills. Out here we have a mix of established and newer homes. I love driving through our community and seeing a small pocket of custom homes and then down the street, there is a 10-acre ranch with happy grazing horses. My family has chosen to stay out west, a small town feeling but only 25 minutes to Downtown Denver and Boulder. Recently we purchased an home in West Woods Ranch, a beautifully established community and we had the pleasure of renovating it throughout.  We are so happy to have a golf course, trails and foothills at our finger tips.

My Top 5 Neighborhood Spots Are

    • El Noa Noa – located in Denver’s Sante Fe Art District. An authentic Mexican restaurant with a wonderful atmosphere!

    • Arvada Tavern – another fab treasure where you can have an amazing dinner and incredibly crafted cocktails.

    • Red Silo Coffee Roasters & Creamery – great coffee, pastries, phenomenal craft ice creams and super comfy vibe.

    • Ralston Valley Trail – Miles of beautiful trails with views of mountains, lakes, courses, stunning commnities…just a perfect way to spend a day or even just 1 hour!

    • Applejack Wine and Spirits – A Wheat Ridge treasure, awesome wine, beer & liquor selection, you need lots of wine in real estate!

When I Am Not Working You Will Find Me
With my family! I have a wonderful husband of 26 years – Scott, and three incredible kids – Max, Mason, and Maguire. They keep me super busy and wouldn’t have it any other way. I love going to their events, spending one-on-one time with them and being around them and their silly friends. I am literally obsessed with my incredible family.

My Favorite Thing About Living In Metro Denver, Co Is
Everything beautiful is close. It’s always an easy drive to a cute small town or the city. It takes me only an hour to get to a great ski town. The foothills and mountains – they are beautiful and the best entertainment. We have it all!

    If I Wasn’t An Agent I Would Be A
    A wedding planner.

Instagram post This holiday season, I’m choosing something different. I’m choosing intention, peace, and presence 🤍 Normally, our holidays are full — big gatherings, open doors, lots of moving parts from both sides of the family. And we love that season of life. But this year, my heart wanted quieter moments. So instead, we’re doing something that feels really special to us. We’re taking our parents, separately to a beautiful spot, the intimate @steakhouse316.boulder in Boulder, where the food, atmosphere, and pace invite you to slow down. No rush. No hosting. Just an incredible meal, meaningful conversation, and the gift of time and attention. And on Christmas Day, it will be just us and our kids… an intimate dinner, relaxed energy, real connection. Adult kids are such a gift… and with our first grandchild, this season feels especially sweet. This year isn’t about doing more. It’s about doing what feels right and honoring the season we’re in. If you’re feeling the nudge to simplify, I see you. There’s no one “right” way to do the holidays 🤍 #DenverSuburbanLiving #LifeWellLived #GatherWithIntention #ColoradoLifestyle #meaningfulmoments Instagram post Did @lilbieber write this song with Colorado in mind? Because take the long way home feels like a backroad through West Arvada at golden hour, windows down, foothills glowing, no rush to be anywhere else. Who else always chooses the scenic route home? 🌄 ✨ Denise, showing you life + real estate in Arvada & the west Denver suburbs ⸻ #TakeTheLongWayHome #ColoradoVibes #MountainMood #GoldenHourDrive #ScenicRoute Instagram post Sometimes success in real estate looks like a termination. I want to share a real client story because this happens more often than people realize — and it’s where strong representation truly matters. 📍 The setup: December market. Limited inventory. Multiple offers. We secured the home competing against two other buyers, only $2700 over asking, with an offer that was competitive and protective. My clients went in eyes open. They understood they’d be investing in the home after closing. What we didn’t know yet was the full scope of what the inspection would reveal. 🛠️ What surfaced after inspections & further assessments: • All windows were failing internally, grids disintegrated and beyond repair • Furnace & A/C were 29 years old – Furnace not operating properly – A/C coolant no longer available → full replacement required • Large deck had no footers and unsafe railings → structural and safety issue We brought in qualified contractors. We gathered real numbers. We did the math. 💰 The reality: When we layered: • Known post-closing costs (paint, carpet, condition-related updates) • Major mechanical replacements • Window replacement • Deck reconstruction …and compared: • Current market value • True after-renovation value The numbers simply no longer aligned. The seller offered roughly 10% of the repair costs and at that point, proceeding would have meant over-investing well beyond what the market would support. 🚪 So we walked — confidently. And that’s the win. ✨ Three reminders for buyers (and sellers): 1️⃣ Temper the excitement, there’s a lot to navigate after going under contract 2️⃣ Protect your timelines so inspections, assessments, and negotiations are done right 3️⃣ Know both the current value and the future value, so you can walk away without regret if needed The goal isn’t just to get under contract. The goal is to make a smart, aligned, financially sound decision, even when that decision is to say no. That’s advocacy. That’s strategy. That’s experience. #DenverSuburbanLiving #RealEstateReality #InspectionsMatter #BuyerRepresentation #SmartRealEstate ColoradoRealEstate SometimesWalkingAwayIsTheWin Instagram post Cherry Creek isn’t just a neighborhood — it’s a lifestyle.
