The city of Englewood is located south of downtown Denver off Santa Fe Drive and is home to over 35,000 residents. Englewood’s history starts with finding gold in the mid 1800s. The discovery of gold in the South Platte River spurred a gold rush, and Englewood became home to prospectors looking to strike it rich.
Englewood is now one of the larger Denver suburbs with a number of well-rated schools, and is a hub for all types of businesses and industries including major medical and manufacturing facilities. Englewood has a historic town center with local retail shops and startups to boot.
